Throughout the year, we offer numerous training classes and educational opportunities from which to choose, free of charge.

In-House Training

As the broker of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Realty-Miami Kendall office, I am committed to the success of every single one of my sales professionals.  I offer weekly training classes with topics ranging from prospecting, listing presentations, sale contracts and more. I also am available for one-on-one training and business planning to all my sales associates.

Technology Training

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Realty provides it's sales associates with valuable training classes to navigate the world of technology. Our classes are offered online and in the offices on a scheduled basis and are free to our associates. Some course topics include: website training, social media, building a contact database, creating virtual tours, ecards, photo uploading and photo editing, MLS Matrix and more.

Online Learn Center

Through the online virtual training courses, associates can gain new skills and business solutions from the comfort of home.  The variety of products available on our online Resource center is perfect for those who prefer self study or online learning. Self-paced learning tools include free downloadable training programs, courses on CD-ROM, plus links to resources library for online learning.
